The Zoning Update is the District of Columbia’s multi-year public effort to review and revise its zoning regulations.  DC’s existing zoning regulations date back to 1958.  The DC Office of Planning is leading the revision effort. The new proposed zoning regulations will be approved by the Zoning Commission.
